Product Warranty and Guarantee
inkpal.com warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for 6 months dated from the date of purchase. These cartridges are manufactured or remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, in most cases in ISO 9000 or 9002 certified factories, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM. Customers may return any product purchased from inkpal.com for reason of dissatisfaction of its quality or performance. Customers may request a full refund of the purchase price within 90 days of purchase or may request a replacement. Please see the return policies for details.

inkpal.com also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. If a defect in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail, inkpal.com will reimburse the customer up to $250.00 for service and repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing inkpal.com with satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to a defect in the compatible or remanufactured cartridge, including a written statement from an authorized service company, stating the reason for failure. This statement must be on authorized company letterhead, and dated and signed by the company's field or service representative.

inkpal.com's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any inkpal.com cartridge by any person or persons, other than by an inkpal.com representative, voids all warranties and releases inkpal.com from all liability.

Product Return Policy
At inkpal.com it is our desire to process returns as quick as possible. inkpal.com cannot process a return without issuing an RMA #. Please DO NOT send products back to us without an RMA #. We cannot issue a credit for returned items if this happens. Please email us at support@inkpal.com or call us at 1-800-326-7049 for an RMA #. We prefer to email us. Please mention your order # and date of purchase.

In case of a defective product or dissatisfaction of the quality of a product, please email us at support@inkpal.com or call us 1-800-326-7049. Please let us know what is wrong with the product. We can often solve the problem with some troubleshooting methods. Once verified that the product is indeed defective we will issue an RMA # and will mail of fax you a return shipping label to ship the defective product back to us. We will also ship you a replacement product right away of you so desire. inkpal.com will bill you for advance replacement products. Once the defective product has been received at our warehouse and tested we will issue a credit. You may also just request a refund, incl. shipping charges for defective products.

In case of non-defective returns the procedures are the same as for any other return. All non-defective products returned have to be in re-sellable condition, including the packaging and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective items may be returned within the warranty period.
