Shipping Policy |
Same
Day Shipping:
Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time will ship the same day Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays.
It also is depending
on order volume and availability in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee
same day shipping at this time.
Free Shipping:
inkpal.com ships all orders via Ground Delivery anywhere in the
Continental USA unless otherwise mentioned. Shipping is free via
Ground on orders
of $50.00 or more. If a discount
is applied to an order and the total falls under $50.00, shipping charges apply.
Free Shipping Exceptions:
Free Shipping does not apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and
US Territories. Extra shipping charges apply. Please email us at
support@inkpal.com for a shipping quote.
You may also place your order online and we will call or email you the shipping
charge. You can then decide to except the shipping charge or cancel the
order. Often times though we can offer you free shipping depending on the
size of the order.
Shipping Rates:
As of September 1st 2008, new shipping rates apply. These rates only
apply to orders shipped from our Memphis Tennessee warehouse. Regular
shipping charges apply to all special order items or non stock items. These
items have item numbers starting with MSE, LP, CA or SN. The shopping cart
automatically loads the standard UPS shipping rates for special order items.
Regular Ground Flat Rate: $7.95
2nd Day Air Flat Rate: $14.95
Next Day Air Flat Rate:$24.95
The Flat Rates above only apply to addresses in the continental USA. These
flat shipping charges do not apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto
Rico and US Territories. Extra shipping charges apply. Please email us at
support@inkpal.com for a shipping quote.
Tracking Numbers:
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. We
receive tracking numbers at the end of each business day. Tracking numbers
may not be posted until the next day. If you have not received a tracking
number after one business day of your order, please call us at
1-800-326-7049 or email us at
support@inkpal.com, please have your web order number ready.
Warehouse Locations:
inkpal.com does not own or operate a warehouse and also does not keep
stock. inkpal.com has partnerships with large distribution centers and
manufacturer in the United States. Our main partner owns and operates a
warehouse in Memphis Tennessee, very close to the FedEx main hub. Because of
that we can offer very competitive shipping rates.
Some items we sell on our website ship from different partners on the West
Coast and are special order items. Special order items have item numbers
that start with MSE, LP, CA or SN.

PO and APO Shipments |
PO Box
Shipments:
At this time we do not ship to US PO Boxes. Please provide us with a street address. We gladly ship to a different
address then your billing address,
like your work address, a friend's address. Exceptions can be made for larger orders.
APO Box Shipments:
For Military APO address we ask for a minimum order of $200.00. We use a
Freight Forwarding Company to process APO shipments and have to pay the
company a fee for their services. We cover the fee on orders of $200.00 or
more. Please contact us in case you want to place smaller orders so we can
negotiate delivery costs. In any case you may place your order online and we
will contact you if extra delivery charges apply. |

International Orders and Shipments |
At this
time inkpal.com will only ship to selected countries in North and South
America, Europe, The Pacific and Asia.
International orders have to faxed to us on company letterhead along with a
copy of the companies registrations papers. We do not quote prices via email
or phone, unless we have an established business relationship with that
company.
Payment has to be received in full before orders will ship. We accept VISA,
MasterCard, Amex and Discover cards and international bank wires.
