The customer agrees to inkpal.com's Shipping Policy, Return Policy,  Privacy Policy and Product Warranty. Please read them before you place an order.

Products: All products sold by inkpal.com, via its web site, email, fax or phone, are compatible or remanufactured products, unless it is clearly stated otherwise. Compatible products are 'Generic Brand' products, meaning not manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), for example Canon, Xerox, Hewlett Packard etc. It is the customer's responsibility to contact inkpal.com in case the customer needs more clarification about what compatible or remanufactured products are.

Fraud: The customer is aware that inkpal.com will contact the local police or the FBI in case of credit card fraud and will submit as much information as needed to law enforcement to help prosecute offenders, including the IP address from which a fraudulent order was placed. Our regular Privacy Policies do not apply in case of fraud or suspected fraud.

Pricing: Prices included on our website may change any time without notice. Please contact us, we are glad to verify current pricing.

Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment, changes or cancellations cannon be made once an order has been shipped. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. You will be responsible for all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee on refused deliveries. Mistaken Orders/ Wrong Products: It is the customer's responsibility to know which supplies fit into their machines. Items purchased an error can be returned and are treated like Non-Defective returns. In case our website, staff or any written information from inkpal.com lead to an erroneous order, inkpal.com will pay for the items to be returned and the restocking fee does not apply.

Back-Ordered Items: inkpal.com makes its best effort to maintain a high inventory level on all items. In the event that all items on an order cannot ship together, we will ship all in-stock items immediately. Upon availability, the remaining items will be shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you prefer to hold the entire order until all items are in stock, please advise us. In most cases we will contact you before we ship out an incomplete order.

Payment Terms:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
- Bank Wire Transfer. (Required for all International orders, no exceptions.)
- Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 bank charge.
- Net 30 Days upon approval. To apply for a Net 30 Day Terms, please fill out an Account Setup Form.

Past Due Accounts: Open account privileges may be suspended and credit limit decreased if invoices for any month are not paid when due within published terms, and subsequent orders may be held until the account balance is reduced to a current status.
Interest will be charged on past due amounts up to the maximum legal rate.
Reasonable attorney’s fees and other collection costs will be added to collection claims.
